From the Field: The Future of Atlantic Salmon in Eastern Maine

Discover the threats, challenges and opportunities for wild Atlantic Salmon restoration and recovery in Eastern Maine with the advocates, ambassadors and biologists from the Downeast Salmon Federation working to restore iconic fisheries like the Machias and other “Downeast” streams. Learn about the Peter Gray Parr Project – a conservation hatchery – and other breakthroughs in citizen science, field work and conservation biology. Ask your questions of the experts, connect with other passionate wild Atlantic Salmon anglers and supporters and learn how you can help. This conservation conversation, part oft he CX3 line-up of important partner presentations, panels and dialogues, is free and open to the public. Kids and families welcome.
